Accessibility Statement

What we can offer today for passengers who need extra support, and what we don't yet offer honestly and clearly, so you can decide whether RelaxRide is right for your journey before you book.

Last updated: [INSERT DATE] · Version 1.0

1 What we can help with

Every booking has a field to tell us in advance if a passenger needs extra assistance — mobility support, or travelling with an elderly or vulnerable passenger — so your driver knows before they arrive, not after. Every booking also lets you specify child seat requirements (infant, toddler, or booster) for the same reason.

Drivers can assist with getting in and out of a standard vehicle and with luggage, and are briefed on any assistance flag before the pickup.

2 What we don't yet offer

Our current fleet does not include a wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV). If you or your passenger needs to remain in a wheelchair for the journey, please contact us before booking so we can tell you plainly whether we can help — we would rather say so upfront than let you book and be let down at pickup.

3 How to request assistance

Tick "passenger needs extra assistance" and select the right child seat option when you book online, or tell us directly by phone or WhatsApp if you'd rather talk it through first.

4 This website

We've built this site with clear structure, descriptive text on images, and readable colour contrast throughout. If any part of the site is hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard navigation, or any other assistive technology, please tell us — see Contact below — and we'll look at it.

5 How we're improving

As RelaxRide grows, wheelchair-accessible vehicles are part of our plan, alongside continuing to review this statement and how well it matches what we actually offer.
